What is Lepime.eu?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Lepime.eu is a digital settlement platform that helps resolve financial disputes quickly, easily, neutrally and without litigation. Both parties submit their offer and the system automatically searches for a compromise.
The platform aims to enable a fair and secure compromise in a few minutes, without legal proceedings or debt collection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How does it work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

  1. The inviter enters the company name and the amount of the debt.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The system prepares a background analysis and sends an invitation to the other party.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Both parties enter the virtual session at the agreed time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Both must press the DONE<\/strong> button, then the Inviter starts the session with the START<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In each round, both parties have 15 seconds<\/strong> to submit their offer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. If the offers match or the Responder offers more than the Inviter, an agreement is reached and the average amount of the offers is calculated as the sum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. If the offers do not match, a maximum of three rounds will be held.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. If after the third round the difference in bids is small (according to the system settings), a compromise<\/strong> round is launched.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Can I see the other party’s bid?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    No. Both parties submit bids blindly. Only after that does the system decide whether the bids match. This ensures equality and fairness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What happens if an agreement is not reached?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the process ends. Both parties receive a notification and can decide whether to continue communicating with each other or use other solutions. There is still the option to use other solutions (e.g. expedited procedure or debt collection).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What is a compromise round?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    If the bids do not match, but the difference is small, a compromise round opens. Both parties can make a final compromise to stay within the specified compromise threshold. If the options match, or the Responder offers more than the Inviter, an agreement is reached.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Is the service free of charge?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    For individuals: free of charge.
    For companies: the first transaction is free of charge.
