What is Lepime.eu?

Lepime.eu is a digital settlement platform that helps resolve financial disputes quickly, easily, neutrally and without litigation. Both parties submit their offer and the system automatically searches for a compromise.
The platform aims to enable a fair and secure compromise in a few minutes, without legal proceedings or debt collection.

How does it work?

  1. The inviter enters the company name and the amount of the debt.
  2. The system prepares a background analysis and sends an invitation to the other party.
  3. Both parties enter the virtual session at the agreed time.
  4. Both must press the DONE button, then the Inviter starts the session with the START button.
  5. In each round, both parties have 15 seconds to submit their offer.
  6. If the offers match or the Responder offers more than the Inviter, an agreement is reached and the average amount of the offers is calculated as the sum.
  7. If the offers do not match, a maximum of three rounds will be held.
  8. If after the third round the difference in bids is small (according to the system settings), a compromise round is launched.

Can I see the other party’s bid?

No. Both parties submit bids blindly. Only after that does the system decide whether the bids match. This ensures equality and fairness.

What happens if an agreement is not reached?

If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the process ends. Both parties receive a notification and can decide whether to continue communicating with each other or use other solutions. There is still the option to use other solutions (e.g. expedited procedure or debt collection).

What is a compromise round?

If the bids do not match, but the difference is small, a compromise round opens. Both parties can make a final compromise to stay within the specified compromise threshold. If the options match, or the Responder offers more than the Inviter, an agreement is reached.

Is the service free of charge?

For individuals: free of charge.
For companies: the first transaction is free of charge.
License packages are available for the following usage:

  • up to 10 transactions – €10
  • up to 40 transactions – €20
  • up to 400 transactions – €400

Is my data secure?

Yes. The platform operates in a secure server environment where all data is encrypted. The agreement process cannot be monitored or influenced by any third party. The platform is confidential and GDPR compliant.

Can a contract be signed?

No contracts are concluded in the Lepime.eu environment. Therefore, there is no contract signing. In the event of a successful agreement, the system generates a confirmation message that is sent to both parties by email.

Who is this service suitable for?
