Terms of Use

1. General provisions

1.1. These terms of use (“Terms”) govern the use of the Lepime.eu platform (“Platform”).
1.2. The Platform is managed by Regens Konsultatsioonid OÜ, 12838027 (“Service Provider”).
1.3. By using the Platform, the user (“User”) confirms that he/she has read and agrees to the Terms.

2. Nature of the service

2.1. Lepime.eu is an online platform for compromise solutions, through which two parties can submit offers and try to reach a financial agreement.
2.2. The platform is not an out-of-court dispute resolution body or a law firm.
2.3. The platform does not guarantee the achievement of an agreement or the payment of the debt.

3. User roles

3.1. Inviter – the party that initiates the session by entering the other party’s details and request.
3.2. Responder – the party to whom the invitation to join the session is sent.
3.3. Both parties submit bids anonymously and do not see each other’s bids until the result is published.

4. Use of the Service

4.1. The service can only be used if there is a legally valid claim.
4.2. The user undertakes to enter correct and truthful data (including registry codes, amounts).
4.3. The service provider has the right to restrict or suspend access if misuse or suspicion of fraud occurs.

5. Fees and licenses

5.1. The user has the right to make a limited number of free queries.
5.2. For further use, it is necessary to purchase a license through a payment service provider.
5.3. The license is linked to the company’s registry code and is not transferable.
5.4. The service provider does not collect payments directly – the money is collected by a third party, Montonio.
5.5. Prices are in euros.

6. Liability and limitations

6.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • for the fulfillment of agreements reached between the parties;
  • for the accuracy of the data entered by the user;
  • for technical failures or interruptions that are not dependent on the Service Provider.

6.2. The use of the Service is on an “as is” basis.

7. Right of withdrawal

7.1. If the buyer wishes to request a refund for the purchased license, the buyer must prepare a withdrawal application and justify the reasons for the refund. This application must be sent to the e-mail address info@lepime.eu no later than 14 days after purchasing the license.
7.2. The service provider is not obliged to refund the license fee if the buyer’s reasons are not justified.

8. Data processing

8.1. The Service Provider processes Users’ data in accordance with the applicable Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.
8.2. Personal data is stored to a minimum and only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
8.3. Additional information about data processing can be found in the privacy policy.

9. Changes

9.1. The Service Provider has the right to unilaterally amend the Terms by publishing new Terms on the Platform.
9.2. Amendments shall enter into force upon publication, unless otherwise provided.

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution

10.1. The terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
10.2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, in the courts of Estonia.
