Make an offer
Both parties submit three offers on this platform to resolve the financial issue, without seeing each other's offers, within a limited time (the recipient of the money - in descending order and the provider of the money - in ascending order).
Reach an agreement
If the offers made by the parties in the first, second, or third round match (or even exceed), an agreement is reached.
